Copyright / DMCA Policy

We respect the rights of copyright owners and we respond to properly made copyright complaints.

An important point about how this service works

This website does not host, store or archive any video. It is a tool that retrieves a file from the originating platform's servers at the moment a visitor asks for it, using a link the visitor supplies. Because nothing is stored here, there is no copy on our systems for us to take down.

If material infringes your rights, the effective remedy is to file a notice with the platform that is actually hosting it - YouTube, Facebook or Instagram - which will remove it at source. Once it is removed there, it can no longer be retrieved through this site either.

What we can do

If you are a rights holder and you believe this service is being used to infringe your work, write to us. Where it is technically possible, we will block the specific content or account identifiers you identify from being processed through this site.

Sending a notice

Please send your notice through our contact page, selecting the copyright option, and include all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or of a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The exact URL or URLs concerned, in enough detail for us to locate them.
  4. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Incomplete notices may take longer to process. Please be aware that knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a copyright notice can carry legal consequences.

Counter-notices

If you believe content was blocked in error, you may send a counter-notice with the same contact details, identifying what was blocked and explaining why you believe the block was a mistake.

Repeat infringers

We will restrict access to this service for anyone who repeatedly uses it to infringe copyright.
